Water is your rugs’ best friend. Forget high maintenance when it comes to our rugs. A simple hand wash with a small amount of mild laundry detergent will suffice. Our rugs also do not need to be wrung dry to drain them of excess water. Just hang them over a washing line in the fresh air, and they’ll be as right as rain.
Please note: DO NOT pressure wash rugs. This will invalidate your guarantee and damage the polypropylene material it's made from.

Our outdoor carpets are made in Portugal and made to order. They will take 3-4 weeks to be delivered, even including custom sizes and shapes.
We offer free delivery to the Portuguese mainland and the Andalusian region of Spain. This is a door-to-door free service.
We also offer a white glove Premium Delivery Service that includes unpacking and furniture assembly in the desired area of your choice so you have the perfect outdoor living environment. Lastly, we remove and dispose of all packaging material on your behalf.
If you are located on the outlying Islands of Madeira, Azores, Canary Isles and the Balearics we can also deliver to the port of your preferred shipping provider, so that you can arrange the onward shipping to your home. Please be aware that the additional sea freight costs must be addressed to the customer.

We’ve been very thoughtful in every detail of the design and construction of our products to ensure that you’re totally satisfied with your purchase. We back our products with extended warranties to ensure our customers can purchase with peace of mind.
If a product has been received with a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item and collect that original delivered item at the time.
If a customer changes their mind, they have 72 hours after delivery to inform us in writing of their decision. In this instance, the customer will be liable for the cost of returning the Goods.
If the Goods are returned without the original packaging or if the packaging has been damaged, they must be returned safely wrapped, suitable for transit and the customer will be liable for a repackaging fee of €50.
