    We offer free delivery to the Portuguese mainland and the Andalusian region of Spain. This is a door-to-door free service.

    We also offer a white glove Premium Delivery Service that includes unpacking and furniture assembly in the desired area of your choice so you have the perfect outdoor living environment. Lastly, we remove and dispose of all packaging material on your behalf.

    If you are located on the outlying Islands of Madeira, Azores, Canary Isles and the Balearics we can also deliver to the port of your preferred shipping provider, so that you can arrange the onward shipping to your home. Please be aware that the additional sea freight costs must be addressed to the customer.

  • We’ve been very thoughtful in every detail of the design and construction of our products to ensure that you’re totally satisfied with your purchase. We back our products with extended warranties to ensure our customers can purchase with peace of mind.

    If a product has been received with a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item and collect that original delivered item at the time.

    If a customer changes their mind, they have 72 hours after delivery to inform us in writing of their decision. In this instance, the customer will be liable for the cost of returning the Goods.

    If the Goods are returned without the original packaging or if the packaging has been damaged, they must be returned safely wrapped, suitable for transit and the customer will be liable for a repackaging fee of €50.

  • If you wish to pay for your order in a different method than the ones available at the checkout we suggest the following alternatives:

    In pre-order or reserved products we offer the possibility to make a partial deposit. We understand that sometimes customers want to order furniture before their homes are ready to receive them. In which case we can reserve and store the products on your behalf, until you are ready.
