Wherever you are in the world, the weather can be unforgiving. Here on the Iberian Peninsula the sun reigns supreme, and there is little that won't eventually give in to its strength. That is why we look to the ocean for inspiration: seaworthy vessels are built with endurance in mind, and that is how we choose every material in our collections.
Alongside our own MARLO range, we now also carry the Harbour collections, known for handcrafted frames in solid teak and extruded aluminium, natural stone tables and all-weather rope detailing. Different pieces, different materials, but the same standard: made to live outside, not just survive a season.

Our Materials
Lightweight and rust-proof, aluminium is the backbone of most of our furniture. Harbour frames are handcrafted from extruded aluminium and finished with a high-quality powder coating for lasting weather resistance, in finishes such as Bronze and Bone.
The Harbour Victoria and Chloe Teak collections are handcrafted from sustainably sourced solid Indonesian teak. Rich in natural oils, teak resists weather, cracking and rot, and with a little care it only gets better with age. Selected MARLO pieces also feature FSC-certified teak details.
Our Porto Travertine and Chloe tables use authentic travertine, formed in the earth over thousands of years, so no two tops share the same veining or colour. Each top is sealed to protect it from the elements.
Thick, hydrophobic rope weaves repel water and need no maintenance, so they can be left uncovered all year round. On Harbour's Palm Beach collection, vertically woven rope adds texture to a classic coastal silhouette.
Many of our dining and fire pit tables are finished with a matte spray stone top: the look and feel of stone on a table built to stay outside.
Seat cushions use quick-dry, flow-through foam that lets water drain straight through, with a Dacron wrap on Harbour pieces for sink-in comfort. Covers resist mildew, stains and fading.
Performance Fabrics
Traditionally used on the exterior decks of luxury boats, our performance fabrics are built to endure. Like water off a duck's back, rain sits on the surface instead of soaking through, and UV resistance keeps colours as vivid as the day you bought them. Our range also includes olefin upholstery and tough, tear-resistant textilene for sun loungers and pergola side blinds, all designed to stay outside year-round.
Caring for Your Furniture
Good materials last longer with a little care. We recommend custom-fit outdoor covers as an extra layer of protection, especially for teak and stone. If your furniture stays covered for long periods, take the covers off from time to time so trapped moisture can escape. Clean and periodically reseal travertine tops to keep them at their best.
