Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes, and what to expect. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Where We Deliver

• The Algarve — free delivery and set-up by our own team.
• Mainland Portugal and Andalusia (Spain) — we provide a delivery service; charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
• Islands (Azores, Madeira, the Canaries and the Balearics) — we can arrange delivery to port for onward shipping. Please contact us for a quote before ordering.

If your delivery address isn't covered above, email hello@marlo.life and we'll do our best to arrange shipping.

2. Delivery Times

We typically deliver within two (2) weeks, but timing depends on our delivery schedule for your region, as we travel to different areas on a rolling basis. For large or made-to-order items, lead times may be longer. Contact our team to find out the upcoming schedule for your area.

We'll be in touch to arrange a delivery date and keep you updated on your order's progress.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Free delivery applies within the Algarve.

4. Set-up and Premium Delivery

In the Algarve, our team sets up your furniture free of charge as part of delivery. Outside the Algarve, we offer set-up as an optional premium delivery service, including assembly of your items and removal of all packaging. Ask our team for details and pricing.

5. Receiving Your Delivery

Because our furniture is large, please make sure the delivery address has suitable access (gates, doorways, stairs, lifts) for the items ordered, and that someone is available to receive and check the delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any transit damage within 48 hours (see our Refund & Returns Policy). Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
